The Charging Case delivers up to 40 hours of total battery life for your glasses, so you can stay powered throughout the day without needing an outlet.
How do I charge the Charging Case?
To charge your case, connect it to a power adapter using a USB-C cable by plugging it into the bottom of the charging case, then plug the power adapter into a wall outlet. A USB-C cable and wall adapter are not included with the charging case and must be purchased separately.
Does the Charging Case come with a charger?
No. The Charging Case is sold separately for $89 and does not include a USB-C cable or wall adapter which can be purchased here. A USB-C cable and wall charge is also included in-box with your Meta Glasses.
What glasses are compatible with the Charging Case?
The Charging Case is compatible with Meta Glasses. It is included in-box with your glasses and can also be purchased separately.
Is the Charging Case collapsible?
Yes. The Charging Case features a foldable, flat design with a unique mechanism that makes it easy to tuck away and pack. The case folds down to just 20.88mm, making it convenient to carry wherever you go.
Can I charge Meta Glasses without a case?
Yes, you can charge Meta Glasses on the Meta Glasses Charging Stand. The LED light at the top of the stand will turn orange and stay on while your glasses are charging. Once they're fully charged, the light will turn green.
Do Meta Glasses come with a charging case?
Yes, every pair of Meta Glasses comes with a charging case included in the box. You will also receive a USB-C charging cable. The case serves as both a protective carrying case and the only way to charge your glasses. Simply dock your frames inside, close the case, and they will begin charging automatically.
What happens if I lose my Charging Case?
You can purchase a replacement through the official Meta Store. Go to the accessories section and select your Meta Glasses model to order the correct case.
Can I charge my Meta Glasses while the case is charging?
Yes, you can charge your Meta Glasses while the case is plugged in and charging. Simply dock your glasses inside the case and connect the case to a power source via USB-C. Both the case and the glasses will charge simultaneously, so you can power up everything at once.
Does the insurance on my Meta Glasses cover my charging case?
The standard Meta Glasses manufacturer warranty covers defects in included accessories like the charging case for 1 year from purchase (2 years in EU/EFTA). If your case is defective, you can open a warranty claim through the Meta website with your serial number and proof of purchase. For accidental damage or loss, check if you purchased a separate protection plan for additional coverage.
Can you buy just the Charging Case?
Yes, the Charging Case is available as a standalone accessory. You can add it to your bag directly from this page. The case is compatible with all Meta Glasses models and includes charging, protection, and a compact collapsible design for portability.
Does the Charging Case have a warranty?
Yes, the Meta Glasses charging case is covered by the manufacturer warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase (2 years if purchased in the EU or EFTA). The warranty covers manufacturing defects. If your case is faulty, you can open a warranty claim through the Meta Store with your product serial number and proof of purchase.
