How do Transitions® lenses work?

Transitions® lenses are sensitive to UV light, allowing them to seamlessly adjust color and tint in response to changing light conditions around you. Darkening in seconds, Transitions® lenses transform from clear or lightly tinted indoors to darkly tinted outdoors, providing optimal visibility and comfort in any environment so you can feel confident in your AI glasses all day long.

*Block 100% of UVA and UVB rays. Filter 26-51% of blue-violet light indoors and 78-93% outdoors. Blue-violet light measured from 400-455nm.

Yes, you can get the most from your AI Rx glasses by using your insurance, FSA, or HSA. This is available through optional 3rd parties and is subject to eligibility and local availability.

What is the warranty and return policy for Meta Glasses?

Standard returns:
Our standard return policy is 30 days from when you receive your order. Once your Meta Glasses are returned, they will be inspected and a refund to your original payment method will be issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you purchased your Meta Glasses from Meta.com, you can use our Find Order page to identify your purchase and start a return.

If you purchased your Meta Glasses from one of Meta's authorized retailers, please contact them to request a return. Returns are subject to the original retail store's return policies.

Are the nose pads adjustable?

Yes, Meta Glasses feature adjustable nose pads with 15° of adjustment and 3 cranks for a secure, customized fit. Hold the frames firmly at the top and bottom of the lens. Gently push the nose pads closer together or push them further apart depending on your desired fit.

What is the new Action Button?

The new dedicated action button lets you run the show your way. With one press, you can discreetly trigger Meta AI or customize it for instant shortcuts to your favorite features.

Do Meta Glasses come with a charging case?

Yes, every pair of Meta Glasses comes with a matching charging case included in the box. Simply place your glasses in the case to charge wirelessly. Cases are available in colors that complement each frame—including Black, Mocha, Forest, Cream, and Midnight Black. A separate Meta Glasses Charging Stand is also available for purchase.

Can I purchase a charging case on its own?

Yes, the portable, collapsible Charging Case comes color-matched to your frames. Cases are also sold separately for $89 and are available in 4 colors.
