Meta Neural Band fitting is critical to ensure that the sensors are placed correctly and can pick up the muscle signals in your wrist. During your demo, our associates will help size you properly and show you the correct placement and tightness required for optimal use. It comes in three sizes, and you should find the one that’s just right.
Do I need to schedule a demo online in advance before coming into the store or can I just walk in?
While some stores may be able to accommodate walk-ins if there’s an open demo slot or a same-day cancellation, there could be long wait times, and there’s no guarantee they’ll be able to fit you in.
What do I do if I think my Meta Neural Band is the wrong size?

Prescription lenses are only available in single vision, with premium anti-reflective coating in clear to gray Transitions® polycarbonate lenses.

What’s the return policy for Meta Ray-Ban Display?
If you purchased from Meta directly, you can start your return process by contacting customer support. Please ship the product back to us within 14 days of starting your return. Once we receive the product, it will be inspected and a refund will be issued to your original payment method 5-7 business days from the date we receive the product for any qualifying returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you purchased a product from another retailer, please contact that retailer to request a refund. Returns are subject to the return policy of the retailer who sold you the product.
