RE4 has been my second ‘all-time favourite’ game since it first came out on PS2. (The first one being Red Dead Redemption 1.) I absolutely loved it in 2005 and went through it all many times. I played the remake on PS5 when it was released and found it fairly ok. I thought buying the original version in VR on my MQ3 would mildly entertain me for a very short period of time. WRONG! It’s simply amazing. The devs did a fantastic job and I can’t believe how fun, immersive and well designed this game is! I play with the ‘immersive’ mode on and reaching for a specific item and interacting with it feels insanely natural and satisfying. Had Meta have more games like this one they’d sell millions of headsets within hours. Anyway… Maybe the best gaming experience I’ve ever had! PS: The VR version’s easier since you hardly ever miss your targets :D
