I've owned Smash for a while now. I can't really fault the overall game. It's fun and well implemented. If you're a veteran of Rock Band and Guitar Hero you'll appreciate this one and the more immersive arcade mode is a great use of VR. It could do with more songs and they need to make songs available as singles and not just packs because I don't want to buy songs I don't like just because they are bundled with something I want. In terms of execution it's pretty much flawless except for losing my streak sometimes because it registers movement of the controller in preparation for a hit as an actual hit, but it isn't excessive. I do wish they'd remove the automatic startup in MR mode and just let me stick with my chosen option, not least because meta updates are making MR a bit flaky and I'm having to restart sometimes to get to the menu. Overall it's a blast and it would be great to see some new and more detailed environments added to the list to give those drums more power with every smash.
