I was having trouble getting this app up and running. I am new to the Oculus 3 so I emailed the support team for this app and within a day I had a response. They seemed truly concerned that I was having problems and wanted me to have a great experience. Well it came down to uninstalling it and reinstalling it. It works great and you really feel like you are in the places you can go. I highly recommend this app if you enjoy exploring
