Great app with little issues
This is a great app, especially for cardio. There are a lot of different cardio options which I like, the variety of those workouts is really its strength. I also like that you can upgrade your digital personal trainer with in game currency, without micro transactions and I like that so much.
It offers strength as well, but for the things I tested so far, it's not so great for strength. For now I don't have a floor to do floor workouts, but I am building a space so I can do them and then I'll test those out as well. Another downside, I selected leave out floor exercises and the first exercise was a floor exercise. I also would like that you can select time between exercises and you know what the next exercise is, so you can prepare. This would be really great during strength, because it gives time to use something like a resistance band or dumbell. Without that, the strength exercises lack resistance to build most muscles.
The last two things I had little issues with, is that hand and body tracking without the controllers. This is very buggy and laggy and doesn't work very well, which is a shame, because with empty hands you would have your hands free for things like a resistance band. And the last thing is what I read more often, the VR personal trainers looking like giants. This is not a mature issue, but a smaller personal trainer would be nice.
Anyway this is a great app, especially for the price you pay and no subscription fee. If the issue with hand/body tracking would be fixed I would give it 4,5 starts (I know that's not possible) and if there would be room to set a timer between exercisesso there is room to add more resistance in the exercises Inwould give it the full 5 stars
