Jack Harlow Comes to Music Valley
We’re thrilled to share the news that Jack Harlow will make his VR debut in Worlds on January 4!
Harlow’s heading home for the holidays—and he’s bringing you with him in immersive VR. Fans will not only get treated to a front-row seat at an incredible, intimate concert, they’ll also go behind the scenes on Harlow’s home state tour through Kentucky. Mark your calendars because this is one set you don’t want to miss.
Introducing Horizon Central
The Meta Quest experience includes Meta Horizon features like your profile, home, groups, worlds, and Horizon Feed. And today, we’re introducing Horizon Central—an immersive new way to discover content in VR.
Horizon Central is a social hub where you can meet up with friends, make new ones, and find your next immersive experience. Looking to hang out and catch up with friends? Or maybe you want to complete quests and find new worlds to explore? Hop into Horizon Central and check out the various storefronts to get a feel for your next destination. Whether you want to challenge yourself in an escape room, team up with others in a free-for-all battle, or kick back at a concert, Horizon Central is your ticket to a good time. We’ll regularly refresh the featured worlds, so be sure to check back often.
Horizon Season: Social Experiences to Share with Friends
During the winter months, we have an exciting lineup of social games, live sports, and iconic events that will keep you exploring new immersive adventures with friends and communities you love. We also have new limited-time rewards you can unlock all Horizon Season long, including a K-pop inspired emote, exclusive avatar wearables, and more.
Leveled Up Games
First up on December 20, Super Rumble is getting a major update. We’re giving you more content—20 new quests with new rewards to earn, Super Power updates including a Super Net redesign and new VFX for Super Jump and Super Punch, and weapon updates for more engaging gunplay. And be on the lookout for our Thursday Night Rumble events, which are making a comeback!
Next, on January 1, we’ll drop a brand new game: Shootball. Imagine the competitive thrill of soccer combined with the drama and suspense of a first-person shooter. Grab your friends and jump in—it’s strategic chaos you won’t want to miss.
Killer Concerts
It’s festival season all year long in Music Valley, and we’ve got a concert lineup for the ages. We’ve already hosted iHeartRadio LIVE shows with The Kid LAROI, Victoria Monét, and Jung Kook. Tonight, you can dance your heart out at Red Rocks Live in VR: Alison Wonderland. And mark your calendars for BLACKPINK: A VR Encore on December 26. Filmed at the final stop of their sold-out world tour in Seoul, the international pop stars will perform some of their biggest hits in an immersive VR experience filmed exclusively for Worlds.
We’ve also got Red Rocks Live in VR: Louis the Child on December 30, followed by Red Rocks Live in VR shows from Santa Fe Klan, Tyler Childers, and ZHU. The iHeartRadio LIVE VR Concert Series continues with Jorja Smith on January 15 and Alec Benjamin on February 5. And Jack Harlow takes the virtual stage in Music Valley on January 4.
Live Sports + Comedy Nights
The fun continues with our roster of live immersive NBA games in 180°, filmed exclusively for Meta Quest from a courtside vantage point, plus live UFC FIGHT PASS events in our dedicated UFC world. We’ve also teamed up again with Just for Laughs to bring you weekly comedy shows on Wednesdays featuring epic comedians including Lil Rel, Fortune Feimster, Jay Pharoah, and more.
