Leave the modern world behind and travel back hundreds of years to the Middle Ages in Medieval Dynasty New Settlement, out now on Meta Quest 2, 3, and Pro.
A spin-off of the original PC game, Medieval Dynasty New Settlement immerses you in medieval Europe. You’re a newcomer to Green Valley, an empty stretch of land where your past (hopefully) can’t catch up to you. It’s the perfect place to put down roots, both figuratively and literally.
Plant and harvest crops, construct buildings, hunt and cook, and more, as you transform your small settlement into a hub of commerce. While many of the core features of Medieval Dynasty New Settlement existed in the original game, they’ve been fully reworked and reimagined for VR, so expect to swing an axe, create pottery with your hands, use a planer to turn trees into usable planks, drink water from your cupped hands, and more.
Itching for adventure? You can also strike off into the unknown, exploring the lands around your settlement, lending a hand to others in need, and hunting for forgotten treasures. But be careful out there! If you die, your heir will take over your settlement—assuming you have one. Hopefully one of your adventures leads you to the love of your life and results in a dynasty that spans hundreds of years.
Medieval Dynasty New Settlement features an expansive campaign with over 20+ hours of story. And once that’s done—or if you simply prefer a hands-off approach—you can continue building your dream settlement in the Sandbox Mode, which lasts for as long as your dynasty lasts.
Spectral Games SA has big plans for Medieval Dynasty New Settlement’s future, including a potential co-op mode, Meta Quest 3-specific enhancements, additional skin packs, and more.
