Releases Recap: May 8 – 12
This week, we released a bunch of titles and updates across the Meta Quest Platform. Here’s a rundown of the highlights:
Another Fisherman’s Tale
A follow-up to beloved 2019 puzzle game A Fisherman’s Tale, the sequel Another Fisherman’s Tale continues the occasionally unbelievable tall tale of Bob the Fisherman, this time through the eyes of his daughter Nina. Reenact his adventures as a miniature puppet-sized Bob—with the power to detach, throw, and even replace limbs at will. You’ll have to think “outside the body” as you explore lifelike dioramas of Bob’s escapades and solve devious puzzles by, for instance, replacing your boring human hand with a crab claw. It’s a silly premise, but if you’ve played A Fisherman’s Tale you know there’s doubtless a surprisingly poignant story wrapped around the edges.

Windlands
Windlands is a first-person grappling hook exploration game. Soar through the ruins of a fallen civilization and discover the secrets of the ancient world. Multiple routes provide a range of optional challenges, appealing to those who want to explore the breathtaking vistas at a relaxing pace, while more challenging routes attract gamers who like to master the skill of soaring through the towering environments at top speed.

Zenith: The Last City - Skyward Summit Update
Get ready to take on a new adventure in an unknown land. Skyward Summit is the biggest update to Zenith: The Last City to-date, and introduces hours of early and end game content. The long awaited Cyber Ninja class is a fusion of magic and technology with the sole purpose of taking down enemies with stealth and precision. You can also purchase and decorate your own home in Zenith. Invite friends over, throw a party, paint the walls! Broken Edge - Pirate Update
Ahoy, warriors! Set sail for the high seas with a brand new Pirate-themed update for Broken Edge. The new Pirate fighter will send shivers down your spine! Feared across the Seven Seas, the Pirate shows no mercy. She’s armed with no less than five deadly weapons: a razor-shape cutlass, a rapier, a kriegsmesser, a boarding axe, and a knife clenched between her teeth. Her arsenal makes her a formidable fighter that will send her enemies to Davy Jone’s locker! There’s also a new arena. Battle it out on the deck of the Pirate’s ship! Lastly, the update introduces a brand-new feature: the multi-blade! You can now unlock different weapons for each fighter, including Main, Legendary, and Legacy Blades.

Drop Dead: The Cabin - Mines and Modes
Drop Dead: The Cabin gets even better with its first ever content update, Mines and Modes! There’s a new area—the Mines. This dark and foreboding place will challenge even the bravest of survivors. Traverse the mine tunnels and make your way to the abandoned mining village where you'll face off against hordes of undead creatures and unlock crates to stock up on life-saving ammo. Will you have what it takes to survive? There are also two new weapons, The Rifle (perfect for long-range combat) and The Uzi (for when you’re in a tight spot). And there are new difficulty modes, including a nightmare mode. Are you up for the challenge?

Eternal Starlight - Voice Control
Greetings, captains! Your neural link to the battlefield has been upgraded! Now when you raise your wrist to view the Hand Menu in Eternal Starlight, you'll be able to issue commands to your fighting vessels using your voice. All ships will now have a designation you can use when issuing commands. Friendly ships will use the color green (and a number) and enemy ships will be red. If you want to order a friendly ship to attack an enemy, you'll say something like "Green 3 attack Red 2!" Voice commands can also be combined with hand gestures, like "Green 6, move here." Other voice commands include using systems, retreat, find a ship, target specific systems, and “form up.” Read the full patch notes for more details.

Arcade Legend - Bay Tek Pack 1
