Welcome to our latest edition of VR Fitness Digest—your one-stop shop for news, updates, and inspiration to get your body moving and make the most of your Meta Quest headset. Whether you want to work out with a personal trainer, immerse yourself in an active game, or work up a sweat with a friend, Quest is ready to make that goal a reality. Let’s dive in.

Introducing Litesport (FKA Liteboxer)

Liteboxer entered the ring as a boxing-focused VR title, and now, it’s entered a new phase and emerged as Litesport. Beyond boxing, Litesport now offers bootcamp and strength-based workouts, including VR’s first dumbbell workouts. Certified trainers guide you through tried-and-true exercises, ensuring correct form while lifting weights. It’s a great way to workout 16 key muscles from the comfort and privacy of home—and you can filter content by the specific muscle groups you want to focus on.

Supernatural: Multigenerational Magic

When her adult son brought home a Meta Quest 2, Linda was immediately hooked. Thanks to VR—and Supernatural, specifically, she found new confidence, strength, and purpose in movement. Now this “Oma” can keep up with her grandkids like never before.

Creed: Rise to Glory - Championship Edition™

A fan favorite since 2019, Creed: Rise to Glory - Championship Edition™ adds new features to help you reach your personal fitness goals. Fitness Mode lets players set calorie and time targets and even bake in rest time. Looking to push your limits? Try out Endurance Mode, which lets players fight without the virtual stamina system. And you can tailor your fight settings further by adjusting opponent health and damage modifiers, or switch from Rookie to Pro Mode to raise the stakes event further.

Tennis League VR

Don’t let its colorful aesthetic and arcade-style game modes fool you: Tennis League VR is far from “just” a game. Developer AnotheReality, under the guidance of investor H.I.P. (Health Improvement Products), designed the game during the COVID-19 pandemic with input from healthcare professionals and tennis coaches to ensure accurate physics and realistic tennis techniques. The end result is a full-body workout that improves stamina, hand-eye coordination, and overall fitness. Lessons on fundamental tennis techniques can help you prepare to hit your local tennis court. Last but not least, the high-intensity mini-game “Droid Rush” puts your reflexes to the test to help up your game.

Eleven Table Tennis: New Avatar and UI Update

Whether you want to take on an opponent in online multiplayer or practice against an AI, you don’t want to miss this new update to Eleven Table Tennis. The completely refreshed user interface was designed with player feedback in mind, as well as the ability to support future improvements for the game. Avatars are also now available, though you can switch them off if you’d prefer. It’s the same great Eleven, with a new refresh and look.

From boxing and bootcamp to tennis (table or otherwise) and beyond, there’s no shortage of content on the Meta Quest Platform to help you reach your goals and get those gains. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned veteran, we hope you’ll share your VR fitness journey with us. Just snap a post-workout selfie and tag @metaquest on Instagram so the VR community can cheer you on.
