‘VR Games Showcase’ March 2025 Recap: Every Meta Quest VR Game Announcement
The folks behind the VR Games Showcase returned today with another look at nearly two dozen exciting upcoming XR games for a variety of platforms. The showcase featured tons of all-new footage for highly anticipated adventures, debut game reveals, and more announcements. From massive reveals of new games like Slender: The Arrival coming to VR for the first time, Forefront from Breachers developer Triangle Factory, to gameplay trailers of upcoming games like Ghost Town and even new content for hit games such as Vendetta Forever, there’s certainly something for everyone to get excited about.

In Breachers, you plan your assault or orchestrate your defense as a team through intense close-quarters combat. Today, the developers announced a brand-new gadget for players to take advantage of in the form of the Clone Projector, making it easier than ever to fool your opponents. Breachers is a game all about tactical teamwork and precision, so make sure and find the time to check out this latest update.
It’s time for your starring role in Deep Cuts—a genre bending blend of messy physics, rich storytelling, and highly detailed worlds. Take on the role of Elise Weber, co-founder of film production studio Lights Camera Faction, as they embark on a blockbuster quest to save their best friend and creative partner, Malcolm Micheaux, by venturing through the duo’s expansive film catalog. They announced the game’s surprise release today on Quest!
Today’s Exoshock footage looked extremely impressive and if you’ll find yourself in San Francisco, CA soon for the annual Game Developers Conference (GDC) you could potentially sign up to go hands-on with the game for yourself while it’s still in development. The creators of Hyper Dash and Breachers are back once again with another standout VR shooter to sink dozens of hours into online with today’s announcement of Forefront. This latest effort from Triangle Factory is focused on near-future all-out warfare featuring up to 32-player battles, vehicles that span land, sea, and air, as well as massive maps and game-changing destruction. Explore the supernatural in Ghost Town, a thrilling VR adventure by Fireproof Games, creators of the widely acclaimed game series The Room, including the critically-acclaimed and fan-loved The Room VR: A Dark Matter. This one is looking extra special and will be coming to the Quest platform first.
GORN 2 is a ludicrous sequel to the hit VR gladiator simulator from Free Lives.
