VR Skater: SL is out today on Meta Quest. Developed by DEFICIT Games, VR Skater: SL bills itself as the “most authentic, challenging, and immersive skating game ever.” Master the art of street skating in perfectly built parks inspired by Pro Street Skateboarding Championships.

Kickflip over crazy obstacles, collect V-R-S-K-A-T-E-R in classic arcade fashion, and become a Pro Skater without all the bruises and scraped knees!

Your hands do the work in VR Skater: SL. Control the board and pull off tricks by moving your hands the same way a real-world skater moves their feet, pushing and popping and grabbing and flicking in various directions. It might not teach you how to do a kickflip on an actual skateboard, but you’ll at least understand the mechanics a bit better.

No matter where you skate, you’ll earn XP that you can exchange for cosmetics in the VR Skate Shop. Swap out your grip tape, trucks, wheels, and board until you’ve created the perfect statement piece. You’ll also earn medals and trophies to reflect your achievements, and can compete on the leaderboards against skaters around the world.
