UX research

UX researchers tackle complex challenges to gain deeper insights into how people interact with each other and the world around them. We employ qualitative and quantitative methods to accomplish our goals, including surveys, focus groups, field studies, usability tests and one-on-one interviews.

“People are at the heart of what we do. In our work, we think about the billions of people using our products. One of the ways we do this is through deep, rigorous research that connects us to the people around the world who use our products. That’s where empathy starts.”

Sal B.Director, Research
We value a wide range of perspectives and come from many different backgrounds — geographically, culturally, educationally and philosophically. We’ve worked in industry and academia, with roots in anthropology, design research, economics, market research, political science, sociology, social computing, psychology and more.
