Meta Horizon Worlds v139 is here! This week, we're expanding access to members-only worlds. We also made some improvements to pause and the quick actions menu and fixed a few bugs.

Expanding Access to Members-Only Worlds

Members-only worlds are membership-based communities where like-minded people can come together and enjoy a shared experience. With this release, more people will now have access to new features and enhancements designed to empower world creators and enrich the member experience.

  • Expanded availability: Members-only worlds are now available for all Meta Horizon Worlds users ages 18. Learn how to set up your first members-only world.
  • Enhanced Control: Admin roles are now available for delegating world management tasks, like managing invites and overseeing world moderation. The admin role replaces the previously existing "moderator" role, which is no longer available.
  • Streamlined Management: We've made it easier to manage invitations and keep track of all your members-only worlds, as well as those you're a member of. (Learn more)
  • Informed Decisions: You can now find a comprehensive history of enforcement actions within world reports to help you make well-informed decisions for your community's well-being. (Learn more)
