How to report a bug on AI glasses

You can report any issues with your AI glasses from the Meta AI mobile app.

To report a bug:

  1. In the Meta AI mobile app, tap in the top left.
  2. Tap Settings at the bottom.
  3. Scroll down and tap Help and support.
  4. Tap Submit a report.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to describe your issue and submit your report.

You can also turn on Shake phone to report a problem, which lets you shake your mobile phone back and forth to trigger a bug report when the Meta AI mobile app is open.

To turn on shake phone to report a problem:

  1. From the Meta AI mobile app, tap in the top left.
  2. Tap Settings at the bottom.
  3. Scroll down and tap Help and support.
  4. Tap the toggle next to Shake phone to report a problem.

If you believe that you have found a security vulnerability, we encourage you to let us know straight away by reporting it via Meta's Bug Bounty Programme. If valid, you might be eligible to receive a payout for reporting the vulnerability to us.
