When you connect fitness apps such as Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Garmin, Strava or golf apps such as Arccos Golf and 18Birdies to your AI glasses, your health and fitness data helps Meta AI provide more personalised responses across all Meta AI surfaces, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger and the Meta AI app.

You can connect fitness apps with your AI glasses to get post-workout summaries, hands-free golf tracking, skiing performance via Garmin and more. When you connect fitness apps, Meta will be able to access the last 30 days of data from your fitness apps. You can connect or disconnect fitness apps from the Meta AI mobile app at any time.
