Add or remove favourites on your Meta Portal

To add someone to your favourites on your Meta Portal:

  1. From Apps, tap Contacts.
  2. Tap the contact that you want to add to your favourites.
  3. Tap Options or Favourites.

To remove someone from your favourites on your Meta Portal:

  1. Below Favourites, tap the contact that you'd like to remove.

  2. Tap Options or Favourites.

To add someone to your favourites from the Portal app:

  1. Open the Portal app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap the Meta Portal that you'd like to manage.
  3. Tap Favourites.
  4. Tap Add a favourite.
  5. Tap the name of any contact and then tap Add.

To remove someone from your favourites from the Portal app:

  1. Open the Portal app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap the Meta Portal that you'd like to manage.
  3. Tap Favourites.
  4. Tap the contact that you'd like to remove from favourites.
  5. Tap Toggle next to Favourite.
