Cancel an active app or game subscription by logging in to your Meta account.

You can cancel your app or game subscription on this page or from the Meta Horizon app, Meta.com or your headset.

To cancel your app or game subscription:

Meta Quest

On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
Tap Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed.
Scroll down and tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription that you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel subscription, then tap Confirm.

Early cancellation

If you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle, you'll have access to the subscription until the billing cycle has ended.

Example: Subscription duration is March to April.

If you cancel on 1 March, you will have access to the subscription until 1 April. You will not be charged on 1 April.
If you cancel 31 March, you will have access to the subscription until 1 April. You will not be charged on 1 April.

Refunds

You cannot currently request a refund for an app or game subscription (unless legally required), but once you've cancelled, you'll be able to continue accessing the subscription content until the end of the current billing cycle.

If you purchase your subscription as part of a Meta Quest headset promotion, you can return your headset within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund for the cost of the headset and content.

Automatic cancellation

If your app or game subscription is cancelled and you didn't request it, there was likely an issue with your payment. If this happens, you'll receive an email asking you to repurchase your subscription.
