Cancel an active app or game subscription by logging in to your Meta account.

You can cancel your app or game subscription on this page, on meta.com, in the Meta Horizon mobile app or in your headset. Please log in to view eligible subscriptions.

To cancel your subscription on your phone, online or in your headset:

Meta Horizon app

On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
Tap Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed.
Scroll down and tap Subscriptions below Payment and subscriptions.
Tap the subscription that you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel subscription, then tap Confirm.

Meta.com

Go to your subscriptions.
Select the subscription that you want to cancel, then click Continue.
Choose a reason for cancelling your subscription.
Click Cancel subscription, then click OK when the cancellation has been confirmed.

Meta Quest

Press Meta button/ Oculus button on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu, then select Meta Horizon Store.
Select your profile image icon in the top right of the Store.
Select Subscriptions from the menu on the left.
Select the subscription that you want to cancel.
Select Cancel subscription, then select Confirm.

Early cancellation

If you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle, you'll have access to the subscription until the billing cycle has ended.

Example: Subscription duration is March to April.

If you cancel on 1 March, you will have access to the subscription until 1 April. You will not be charged on 1 April.
If you cancel 31 March, you will have access to the subscription until 1 April. You will not be charged on 1 April.

Refunds

You cannot currently request a refund for an app or game subscription (unless legally required), but once you've cancelled, you'll be able to continue accessing the subscription content until the end of the current billing cycle.

If you purchase your subscription as part of a Meta Quest headset promotion, you can return your headset within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund for the cost of the headset and content.

Automatic cancellation

If your app or game subscription is cancelled and you didn't request it, there was likely an issue with your payment. If this happens, you'll receive an email asking you to repurchase your subscription.
