Manage admin invitations for members-only worlds in Worlds
Members-only worlds are membership-based communities, where like-minded people can come together and enjoy a shared experience. In order to join a members-only world, you must be sent an invitation by a member of the world or you must request to join a world and have your request approved by a creator or admin.
To manage an invitation to become an admin of a members-only world:
- Meta Horizon Worlds, tap
Menu button on your left Touch controller.
- Select
Notifications.
- Select the invitation from the world creator.
- Review the information related to moderating a members-only world and select OK.
- Select Accept to become a world admin or select Reject to decline the invitation.
After you've accepted the invitation, a message will appear at the bottom of your screen when you enter the world indicating that you are an admin.
Admins should work with the world creator to learn and understand the world's rules to ensure that they are confident in their abilities to moderate in accordance with those rules, as well as familiarise themselves with Meta's Code of Conduct for Virtual Experiences.
