Refunds for apps and games on Meta Horizon Store

Updated: You can request a digital refund for apps and games that you purchased on the Meta Horizon Store. You can request a refund on this page, on Meta.com or in the Meta Horizon app.
Note: If you're a parent or guardian and want to request a refund for an app or game that you purchased for your child's Meta account, log in to that account using your child's login info. Follow the steps below to request a refund. All terms and conditions apply.
Eligibility and timing
You may be eligible for a digital refund if you:
- Requested a refund within 14 days of purchase, and
- Played the content for less than two hours.
You won't be able to access the content while we process your request. It takes 5-7 working days to review, verify and process refund requests.
Previously refunded content, in-app purchases and subscriptions can't be refunded. Learn how to cancel a subscription.

Request a refund online
You can request a refund on Meta.com. On this page, select a reason for your request and follow the on-screen instructions.
Request a refund on the Meta Horizon app
- On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
- Tap
at the top of your Horizon Feed.
- Scroll down and tap Purchase history below Payment and subscriptions.
- Tap
next to the content you want refunded, then tap Request refund.
If your refund is approved, we'll credit your original payment method. Learn how to check your refund status.
