To use Meta Quest Pro, you'll need:

A Meta Account

Meta Accounts enable you to separate your Meta Horizon profile from other social profiles and maintain any gamertag and persona that you want to bring with you to Meta Quest. Learn more about Meta Accounts.

The Meta Horizon mobile app

You can use the Meta Horizon app to set up your headset, download content, update account information, use built-in social features and cast what you see in your headset to another device.

The minimum OS requirements for mobile phones to run the Meta Horizon mobile app are:

  • Apple iOS 13.4 or later
  • Android 5.0 or later

Note: If you want to use Link with your Meta Quest Pro headset, review the technical requirements to confirm that your equipment is compatible.
