About Meta One plans
Meta One is currently in limited testing and isn't available everywhere yet. The options that you see may vary based on your location, account type and what's currently available in testing.
Meta One is a paid subscription that adds extra features across different eligible Meta technologies, including Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, Meta AI and WhatsApp, depending on what's available to your account. Meta One offers multiple plan options with different pricing and benefits. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Note: Included subscriptions and benefits may vary based on your location, account type and the Meta apps that you use. Available benefits will be shown to you during onboarding before you subscribe.
Personal plans
Meta One Plus plan
- Access to Facebook Plus, Instagram Plus and WhatsApp Plus benefits, such as custom app icons, story previews and exclusive messaging enhancements, at a discounted price compared to subscribing separately.
- More AI usage across eligible Meta technologies: Get more monthly AI usage allowance for eligible AI features in order to think deeper and create more:
- Generate more images and videos: Get more access to advanced image and video models for image and video generation and editing.
- More advanced reasoning: Get more detailed answers to your questions and complex tasks with Thinking mode (only available on the Meta AI app and meta.ai).

Meta One availability
Meta One is available through supported Meta apps on mobile devices (iPhone or Android). Meta One is currently in limited testing and isn't available in all locations. Meta One may not be available to you yet, so it's possible you won't see it as an option.

Eligibility requirements may vary depending on what plan you subscribe to, and include, but are not limited to:
- You must be located in a country where Meta One plans are available.
- Your account must be active and in good standing.
