Janelle Gale
Head of People
Janelle Gale leads all aspects of People strategy and operations at Meta, including organisational effectiveness, recruiting, people development, performance, and compensation and benefits. She joined Meta in 2012 and has led multiple functions within the People Team. Previously, Janelle led Human Resources for the Levi's® brand and worked as a consultant for IBM Business Consulting Services.
She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California, a PhD in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, and currently serves on the board of Outward Bound USA.
