Meta Horizon+ Terms
Supplement to the Meta Horizon Store Terms
Effective from 21 July 2026
Your purchase and use of Meta Horizon+ is governed by both these terms (these "Supplemental Terms") and the Meta Horizon Store Terms , which together form an agreement between you and, (a) Meta Platforms Technologies, LLC if you reside in the United States,; or (b) Meta Platforms Technologies Ireland Limited if you reside anywhere else in the world (including the US Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands), (collectively "Meta" or "we" or "us" or "our"). If there is any conflict between these Supplemental Terms and the Meta Horizon Store Terms, these Supplemental Terms will govern. Nothing in these Supplemental Terms limits any of our rights under the Meta Horizon Store Terms or any additional terms that they reference. Capitalised terms used and not defined in these Supplemental Terms will have the same meaning as described in the Meta Horizon Store Terms.
Any data that we collect when you subscribe to Meta Horizon+ is subject to the Supplemental Meta Platforms Technologies Privacy Policy, which supplements the Meta Privacy Policy, and which together explain how we collect, use and share your information. You can also go to your settings at any time to review the privacy choices that you have about how we use your data.
Meta Horizon+ Content Subscription
"Meta Horizon+" or "MH+" (previously known as Meta Quest+) is a content subscription programme for Meta's virtual and augmented reality devices and is included in Products as that term is defined and used in the Meta Horizon Store Terms. In order to subscribe, you must be at least thirteen (13) years old, or at least fourteen (14) years old if you reside in South Korea, Spain or Quebec, Canada. If you are a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, you must get your parent's or legal guardian's permission before you subscribe. Subscriptions are non-refundable, unless otherwise indicated or required by applicable law. See child safety guidance online at meta.com/quest/parent-info.
As part of your subscription, you will get access to certain Digital Content, which will include access to eligible games, apps and/or experiences so long as you maintain an active subscription and comply with these Supplemental Terms subject to the following:
MH+ Monthly Titles and Games Catalogue
Subject to promotional terms, each calendar month of your Meta Horizon+ subscription, you will receive entitlements that you may redeem for eligible, Meta-selected, Digital Content that month which will be added to your library upon redemption ("MH+ Monthly Titles"), in addition to a separate catalogue of rotating Digital Content that may change each month ("MH+ Games Catalogue") as part of your subscription.
You must log in to your Meta Horizon profile to redeem certain additional benefits and during the applicable calendar month to redeem your eligible MH+ Monthly Titles and access the MH+ Games Catalogue.
Any unredeemed MH+ Monthly Titles will expire at the end of each calendar month. All redeemed MH+ Monthly Titles will be added to your Meta Account library for continued access during your active subscription.
The MH+ Games Catalogue may change each month as Digital Content is added and removed. When Digital Content is removed from the MH+ Games Catalogue, it will no longer be available in your Meta Account library during your active subscription. These changes may be made with or without notice to you.
The number of MH+ Monthly Titles, MH+ Games Catalogue titles and/or certain benefits available may depend on your age, your parental supervision settings for minors and/or local regulations in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
Additional benefits
Additional benefits for subscribers, including, but not limited to, "try-before-you-buy", free in-app or in-world items, downloadable content or other add-on content, among other benefits, may also be offered as time limited promotional opportunities or as regular benefits available during your subscription term and may be subject promotional terms, eligibility requirement or other Terms and Conditions, as specified by Meta from time to time.
XBOX Game Pass (Starter Edition) terms: subject to promotional terms, your active subscription may include access to the XBOX Game Pass (Starter Edition). Existing XBOX Game Pass subscribers are not eligible for this benefit as the for sale XBOX Game Pass subscription tiers supersede the benefits of XBOX Game Pass (Starter Edition). This benefit is not offered in all regions where MH+ is available. Xbox Game Pass (Starter Edition) gives you access to 50+ games and up to ten (10) hours each month of cloud gaming. General
Meta does not guarantee the availability of any particular title or additional benefits to you and is not responsible for providing an alternate content if any particular advertised content is unavailable to you.
For apps included in your subscription, only the base app will be provided.
Any in-app purchases, downloadable content, in-game currency or other add-on contents of any kind, will not be included, unless otherwise expressly indicated by Meta in writing.
Pricing and cancellation
Your subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month or annual basis based on your selection until you've cancelled it, unless otherwise indicated or required by applicable law. You will be enrolled in the payment plan that you select upon registration and you authorise Meta to maintain your account information and charge that account automatically upon the renewal with no further action required by you. In the event that we are unable to charge your account as authorised by you when you enrolled in your subscription, we may, at our sole discretion, (i) bill you for your subscription and suspend your access to the subscription service until payment is received or (ii) seek to update your account information through third-party sources (i.e. your bank or a payment processor) to continue charging your account as authorised by you.
You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings, but if you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, we will not refund any subscription fees already paid to us, unless otherwise indicated or required by applicable law. This does not affect any cancellation rights that you may have under applicable laws.
Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the applicable Digital Content until the end of your current subscription period. After your current subscription period has expired, you will no longer have access to any Digital Content made available as part of Meta Horizon+, including any previously redeemed MH+ Monthly Titles or the MH+ Games Catalogue. In the event that you re-subscribe to Meta Horizon+ using the same Meta Account, you will have access to your previously redeemed MH+ Monthly Titles (e.g. if you purchase a subscription in month 1, cancel your subscription before month 4 and then re-subscribe in month 11, you will have access to MH+ Monthly Titles redeemed in months 1-3 and additional MH+ Monthly Titles starting in month 11), provided that such Digital Content is still available on the Meta Horizon platform. If you re-subscribe to Meta Horizon+, you will also have access to the then-current MH+ Games Catalogue. Meta makes no guarantee as to the quality, satisfaction or ongoing value of any Digital Content that you may get access to under Meta Horizon+; nor does it guarantee that any Digital Content will remain supported for the duration of your subscription. Digital Content may be discontinued or may otherwise not be available to you, and Meta is under no obligation to provide you with replacement or alternative content at any time. If you violate our Code of Conduct for Virtual Experiences or Supplemental Meta Platforms Technologies Terms of Service, Meta reserves the right to cancel or refuse renewal of a subscription.
Meta may change subscription pricing or Digital Content offered at any time and at our sole discretion, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Before any price changes take effect, we will give reasonable notice in advance of the next billing date, which may include updating the pricing through the Meta Horizon+ page on the Meta Horizon Store, provided, however, that the prices for your subscription will remain in force for the duration of the subscription period for which you have paid. After that period has ended, your use of the applicable Digital Content will be charged at the then-current subscription price. If you do not agree to these price changes, you must cancel your subscription before the changes take effect. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current price at the time of renewal and for the same duration as the initial subscription term, and we will charge your on-file payment card or method on the first day of the renewal of the subscription term.
Promotional Terms
Certain offers may be available to new Meta Horizon+ Subscribers. Free subscriptions may not include all of the content available to paid Meta Horizon+ subscribers. If you upgrade your subscription to a paid subscription during your free trial you will forfeit any remaining free trial at the time of your paid subscription activation. Certain offers may require the purchase of a qualifying product (for example a newly released Quest or other virtual or augmented reality device) for eligibility.
