How do I find Meta Horizon+ in my Meta Horizon app or headset?
Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Meta Horizon app on your phone and the Meta Horizon Store in your headset.
I am under the age restriction of 13 (or 14 in South Korea, Spain or Quebec, Canada), is there a way for me to purchase Meta Horizon+?
If you have a parent or guardian account set up, they will be able to subscribe to Meta Horizon+ and share the titles with you through app sharing. All parental controls will also be in effect.
Can I use my subscription across multiple accounts?
You may share access to redeemed titles across multiple accounts via app sharing.

When will I find out what titles are available for the next month?
New titles will be announced each month when they are ready for you to get them. Stay tuned for email alerts and notifications in both VR and on the Meta Horizon app.
How do I redeem my new Meta Horizon+ titles every month?
On the Internet: Visit the Meta Horizon+ page, log in and redeem the available titles.
In your headset: Go into the Store and look for the Horizon+ icon on the top. This will take you to the Meta Horizon+ page. In the Monthly games section, you can see which apps are available and redeem them.
In the Meta Horizon app: From the home screen, tap on the Store icon in the top left-hand corner. Then, tap on the Horizon+ icon, where you will find the Meta Horizon+ page. In the Monthly games section, you can see which apps are available and redeem them.
I already have one of this month's titles in my library. Will I receive a different title?
Meta Horizon+ was designed to make it valuable for a broad number of subscribers. Some subscribers may own one of the titles in a specific month of the programme. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope that you stick around to see what comes next.
What if I forget to redeem my titles?
Unfortunately, titles must be redeemed within the month that they are offered. Meta Horizon+ will send you notifications throughout the month to remind you to get your titles. The good news is that each month will bring two new titles for you to try, regardless of when you visit the Meta Horizon+ page.
What happens if I unsubscribe or resubscribe?
Once you are no longer a paying Meta Horizon+ subscriber, you will lose access to all previously redeemed Meta Horizon+ titles and not be able to redeem any more titles. When you resubscribe, you will regain access to all previously redeemed Meta Horizon+ titles and the titles that are currently available for as long as you are a subscriber. Do I have to be a Meta Horizon+ subscriber to be able to play multiplayer games?
Meta believes in the social experience of games and will continue to include multiplayer experiences as a part of the ecosystem at no charge to users.
Will Meta Horizon+ game catalogue games change every month?
The majority of the game catalogue will remain consistent month over month, but each month, one or more titles may leave or be added in order to keep content fresh.
Why are certain features, benefits or titles not available to me?
Some Meta Horizon+ features and benefits may change or be unavailable for certain users as we test new improvements. If you have any questions, please contact customer support.
