Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Is this strap better than the soft strap that comes with Quest 3/3S?
The Elite strap is ideal for those who are active or use their headsets for long periods of time. This strap also has a soft silicone support that cradles the back of your head, allowing you to use your headset longer.
How do I charge the battery pack?
Connect the Elite strap battery to power using a Quest 3/3S charging cable. Ensure that the headset and Elite strap are connected in order to charge both your headset and the battery pack at the same time.
Are there other versions of the Elite strap?
Yes, there is a version of this strap without the built-in rechargeable battery.
Why does the Elite strap I received say it's only compatible with Quest 3?
Some customers may receive packaging that only states Quest 3 compatibility. However, rest assured that the Elite strap with battery is compatible with both Quest 3 and 3S.
