Select the space that you need to do your best work, from breakout groups for brainstorming with smaller teams, to presentation rooms that automatically expand as more people join the meeting. Join from anywhere
You don't need a headset to join a Workrooms meeting. Just dial in from a computer like a standard call, and you'll appear on video for the people in VR.

Anybody can join a Workrooms meeting using the web app on their computer, just like a standard video call. But for the full VR experience, you'll need to purchase a Meta Quest headset and download the Workrooms app from the Quest store.

Meetings in Workrooms support up to 50 total participants at once, with up to 16 of those participants joining from VR. You can have an unlimited number of team members added to each workroom.

With the Meta Quest Remote Desktop app, you can use your computer in VR and view or screen share any files that you can access on your computer (see here for more information). Images, video and PDFs can be uploaded for other people on the Workrooms web app.
