Returning AI glasses with case
Returning AI glasses only
Note: Use only the original microfiber cleaning cloth provided with your product. Never use a substitute cleaning cloth.
- Use the original microfiber cloth that came with your AI glasses and lay it over the charging connector inside the case.
- Place the glasses into the case on top of the microfiber cloth. This will prevent the glasses from charging and powering on while in transit. If the case LED turns on while placing the glasses inside, re-adjust the microfiber cloth to ensure it fully covers the charging contacts, then try again.
Note: The case LED will always turn on when opening or closing the case.
- Close the glasses case completely, ensuring there are no gaps.
- Place the charging case into the product box and close.
- Place the product box into the original shipping box it came in. If you no longer have it, use a similar size box. Include protective cushioning material, such as bubble wrap, crumpled newspaper, or packaging peanuts to prevent damage.
- Seal the box with adhesive tape.
- Make sure that the UN3481 lithium battery mark affixed to the original shipping carton has not been torn, marked or otherwise obstructed in any way.
Note: If there is an issue with the lithium battery label, please print and apply a new one using the UN3481 label provided in the return email (do not resize it).
- Apply the pre-paid shipping label provided by Meta to the shipping box.
