Can't import media while AI glasses are updating on Android

If you receive an error that says media can’t be imported while glasses are updating on your Android phone, you can try to force stop the Meta AI mobile app from your phone's settings to resolve the issue.

  1. Go to your phone’s settings and look for the Apps menu.
  2. Find the entry for the Meta AI mobile app and tap it.
  3. Tap Force stop to stop the app.
