How to report a bug on AI glasses

You can report any issues with your AI glasses from the Meta AI mobile app.

To report a bug:

1. From the Meta AI mobile app, tap in the top left.
2. Tap Settings at the bottom.
3. Scroll down and tap Help & support.
4. Tap Submit a report.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to describe your issue and submit your report.

You can also turn on Shake phone to report a problem, which lets you shake your mobile phone back and forth to trigger a bug report when the Meta AI mobile app is open.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, we encourage you to let us know right away by reporting it via Meta’s Bug Bounty Program. If valid, you might be eligible to receive a payout for reporting the vulnerability to us.
