Use voice controls with Ray-Ban Stories

Voice controls enable a hands-free way to capture photos and videos and to make calls and send messages with Messenger, WhatsApp and your phone using Ray-Ban Stories. To activate voice controls on Ray-Ban Stories, either say "Hey Facebook," or tap and hold the touchpad on your glasses.

To turn on voice controls:

1. From the Meta AI mobile app, tap Glasses in the top right.
2. Tap Device settings.
   • If you have multiple devices paired with the Meta AI mobile app, swipe left or right to select the device you want to adjust settings for before tapping Device settings.
3. Tap Voice.
4. Tap the toggle next to Voice controls to turn this feature on.

From here, you can also turn on the "Hey Facebook" wake word. When this is turned on, you can say "Hey Facebook" to activate voice controls. Learn more about what you can say with "Hey Facebook".
