How to factory reset AI glasses and charging case

A factory reset returns your glasses to their factory settings. It deletes all the photos and videos on your glasses, and you’ll need to pair your glasses with the Meta AI app again afterwards. Select your glasses below.

To factory reset your glasses:

Make sure your glasses are out of their case, charged and powered on.
Close both arms.
With the arms folded, press the capture button 5 times. The LED turns orange.
Press and hold the capture button. Release it when the LED flashes.

If you’re having problems using your charging case, a factory reset can help.

To factory reset your charging case:

Remove your glasses from the case.
Press and hold the button on the back of the case for more than 16 seconds.
