How to use Meta Ray-Ban Display return kits

The return kit for Meta Ray-Ban Display provides packaging material to return the following items:

To pack Meta Ray-Ban Display using the return kit:

  1. Slide the arm covers onto the glasses arms.

  6. Insert the charging cables into the left side of the box, and insert the cleaning cloth and Meta Neural Band into the right side of the box.
    • Be sure to put the cleaning cloth into the box below the band.

  7. Remove adhesive liner and fold the box closed, applying pressure for at least 5 seconds to ensure the adhesive seals the box shut.
  8. Attach included shipping labels and stickers to box and proceed with return shipping.
    • Ensure the lithium ion battery label is visible, and if not, attach the label provided in the return email instructions.
