Updated:7 weeks ago
The Meta AI app and www.meta.ai website is not yet available everywhere. If the Meta AI app and www.meta.ai website are available for you, some features may not yet be available in your area.

When you have a voice conversation with Meta AI and you have the Full-duplex demo turned on, Meta AI will respond to you with a more natural, conversational tone. Meta AI will add pauses, filler words, expressions and more to mimic a natural conversation.

To toggle the Full-duplex demo on or off

  1. From the Meta AI app, tap Menu.
  2. Tap Settings in the bottom left.
  3. Tap Voice.
  4. Toggle Full-duplex demo on and off.

Keep in mind:

  • The Full-duplex demo is currently experimental and may not provide accurate responses.
  • The demo is only available on the Meta AI app.
  • You may also encounter technical issues or inconsistencies while it's experimental and some Meta AI features may not be available, including:
    • Generating images
    • Saving details about you
    • Using saved details about you in responses
    • Personalizing responses for you
