Meta Store orders that ship to Colorado or Minnesota may be charged a retail delivery fee. This is a flat fee charged once per order, not per item. It's required by state law.

By law, Meta must collect these fees on qualifying orders. Meta doesn't determine the fee rates or receive any revenue from them. This fee is separate from the price of your product.

Where the fee appears

The retail delivery fee is included in your estimated taxes at checkout. Your emailed receipt shows this fee as a separate line item.

How retail delivery fees are calculated

The fee you are charged depends on where your order ships and what you buy. Fee rates are set by state governments and may change over time. Check your state’s official website for the most current rate information.

State-specific information

  • Colorado: A retail delivery fee is required under Colorado state tax law and applies to deliveries that include products subject to state sales tax. The fee amount is set by the state and may change each year. Visit Colorado's Department of Revenue website for current rates.
  • Minnesota: A retail delivery fee is required under Minnesota state tax law and applies to qualifying deliveries of $100 or more. Visit Minnesota's Department of Revenue website for current rates.

Refunds

The retail delivery fee is not refundable, even if you return the product.

Note: This fee doesn't apply to in-store pickup orders.
