Cancel an order from the Meta Store

If you made a purchase through https://www.meta.com/ and your payment method hasn't been charged yet, you can cancel your order on this page.
You can also go to the order lookup page and follow the steps below.
To cancel your order on the order lookup page:
- Enter your order number on the order lookup page.
- The order number can be found in your order confirmation email.
- Scroll to the bottom of the order lookup page.
- Select Cancel order on the right side.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your order.
If your payment method has been successfully charged, the order can no longer be canceled. Our support team will not be able to cancel it for you.
Follow the steps on this page to return your order.
