Products ordered November 1, 2024 through January 1, 2025 on meta.com are eligible to be returned through January 31, 2025. Return requests must be completed by end of day January 31, 2025 (local time) to be eligible. Excludes app, game, and gift card purchases. Standard return terms otherwise apply.
Our return policy
Our standard return policy is 30 days from when you receive your order. Once a product is returned, it will be inspected and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you purchased a product from another retailer, please contact that retailer to request a refund. Returns are subject to the return policy of the retailer who sold you the product.
