How to provide accessibility feedback

Updated:27 weeks ago

Meta is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for our products and devices for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and our approach to accessibility is informed by relevant accessibility standards and guidelines, including the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 AA.

Your accessibility feedback

Your feedback is important to us. You can submit feedback about accessibility topics by emailing accessibility@meta.com. Please provide the name of the product or the device you are commenting on for us to better direct your feedback to the relevant team(s). To submit accessibility feedback for WhatsApp, you can email accessibility@support.whatsapp.com.

You can submit your feedback anonymously. For example, you may use Hide My Email on iOS, Firefox Relay, or a similar service to obscure your email address. We will try to acknowledge receipt of all feedback, except for feedback provided anonymously.

You can also submit feedback about accessibility topics by completing our online form. Send us accessibility feedback.

Examples of feedback related to accessibility might include topics like closed captioning, screen reader functionality and more. Please do not include any personal health or other sensitive information in your feedback.

By contacting us, you agree to the collection, use and storage of your personal information provided to us for the purposes of responding to you and improving our services. The Accessibility team at Meta is responsible for receiving accessibility feedback.
