Meta Portal hasn’t been available for purchase since December 31, 2022. On this page, you can find information regarding support for your Meta Portal.
You can continue using your Meta Portal. However, you'll notice changes to the available experiences and apps over time as we gradually discontinue them. Meta Portal users should note that:
- We’ll continue to provide customer support for Meta Portal owners as usual.
- We’ll notify you in advance of any major changes to Meta Portal experiences and apps.
- There will not be a “next generation” Meta Portal device and we won’t be shipping new features to Meta Portal.
- Any Meta work accounts for Meta Portal have been deactivated since 2023.
- You can still use your Meta Portal to call family and friends.
- Experiences and apps advertised by non-Meta retailers for Meta Portal may already be discontinued.
If you uninstall any of the Portal apps, it is possible that you will lose access to those apps.
