Control the audio settings on your Meta Portal TV

In your Meta Portal TV Settings, you can control things like Portal Volume, Smart Sound Balance and Navigation sounds.

Portal Volume adjusts the volume for call ringer, assistant responses, and camera and mic control. Smart Sound Balance adjusts volume levels between voices in a call and media you share in a call. Navigation sounds can be turned on or off.

To adjust your Portal Volume:

  1. From Home, select Settings.
  2. Select General, then select Audio.
  3. Select Portal Volume, then use the right navigation on your Portal TV remote to turn your Portal Volume up and the left navigation to turn your Portal Volume down.

To adjust your Smart Sound Balance:

  1. From Home, select Settings.
  2. Select General, then select Audio.
  3. Select Smart Sound Balance. Use the right navigation on your Meta Portal TV remote to turn your Smart Sound Balance up and the left navigation to turn your Smart Sound Balance down. The default setting for Smart Sound Balance is +60% Call.

To turn your Navigation sounds on or off:

  1. From Home, select Settings.
  2. Select General, then select Audio.
  3. Select Toggle next to Navigation sounds to turn Navigation sounds on or off.

Note: The volume buttons on your Meta Portal TV remote control the TV volume.
