Find your Meta Portal's serial number

You can find your serial number on the bottom of your Meta Portal's packaging or in your settings.

To find your serial number in your settings:

  1. From Apps, tap Settings .
  2. Tap About.
  3. Below Serial Number, you will find your device's serial number.

  1. From Home on your Meta Portal TV, select Settings .
  2. Select About.
  3. Below Serial Number, you will find your device's serial number.
