Video conferencing websites might request permission to your Meta Portal’s camera and microphone to use them. And some maps, shopping, live TV or media streaming websites might request your Meta Portal’s location to display them.
If you choose to allow access to your Meta Portal’s camera, microphone or location, the following data can be shared with the requesting website:
If you choose to block access to your Meta Portal’s camera, microphone or location, the website might not be able to deliver the service that you requested. For example, streaming services might not allow you to watch a video or play a song. And video calling services might not allow you to join a call or the other people on a call might not be able to see or hear you.
