Share feedback about your experience with Meta Portal
If you'd like to submit feature or functionality requests, you can use our Meta Portal Uservoice channel. The Meta Portal Uservoice channel allows other Meta Portal users to upvote submitted ideas for our team to review.
If you've discovered broken features or bugs while on Meta Portal, you can use the feedback tool from the Help section of your Meta Portal Settings menu to submit them to our team.
To use the on-device feedback tool:
- From Apps, tap Settings .
- Tap Help.
- Tap Report a Problem.
- Tap the category that applies to your feedback, then use the on-screen keyboard to type your feedback.
- Tap Send to submit your feedback.
Information Collected
When you report a broken feature or bug, information related to the issue you are reporting is automatically collected, including:
- Information about your Meta Portal
- The app you were using when the issue occurred
- Network connectivity
- Current versions of your apps
If you are reporting information from a Facebook employee device or a test device, the access controls for device features will also be included in your report.
This information helps Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square Grand Canal Harbour Dublin 2. Ireland, understand and resolve the error, flaw, failure or other issue reported.
You can choose to send complete logs and diagnostics to help us fix this issue. These logs include:
- Logs from other applications you are running and their current status
- Recent voice recordings of you interacting with your device
- Reports on events that occurred within an app’s underlying code
You may also choose to attach additional content to your report. Please do not attach any unnecessary or irrelevant content to your report.
Storage
We will store the information contained in your report only for as long as required to resolve the issue you are reporting and others like it. We will not use the information contained in your report for other purposes. Audio recordings and other audio data may be reviewed by Facebook personnel and authorized third-party vendors for purposes of debugging audio issues. Your information will be processed outside of the EEA/UK, including in the United States.
