Zenni VR prescription lenses for Meta Quest
You can use Meta Quest headsets with average frame sizes of eyeglasses, but for the best visual experience and comfort, we recommend prescription lens inserts. You can purchase prescription lens inserts for a more comfortable and seamless visual experience, and to avoid the hassle of using glasses in the headset.
Prescription lenses designed exclusively for Meta Quest are available from Zenni. They’re thin and lightweight, with anti-reflective and anti-scratch coatings included. You can also add an oil-resistant coating to avoid fingerprints, or an anti-fog coating that’s perfect for workouts and active play sessions (with or without a prescription).
How to order Zenni VR prescription lenses
You can purchase these prescription lenses using an eVoucher on Meta.com for US customers, or directly from Zenni. Prescription lens inserts from Zenni are available in two styles - one that fits Meta Quest 3, and one that fits both Meta Quest 3S and Meta Quest 2. When purchasing, be sure to select the correct lenses for your headset.
You will need to submit a valid prescription to Zenni shortly after purchase for your order to be processed. You’ll get an email from Zenni after placing your order with a link to submit your prescription. These Rx inserts accommodate prescriptions with Sphere (SPH) of -10.00 to +6.00, and Cylinder (CYL) of -6.00 to +6.00.
You have 90 days from the order confirmation date to submit your prescription. If your prescription is not submitted within 90 days the order will be canceled and you will be refunded to your original payment method.
How to install Zenni VR prescription lenses
To install Zenni VR prescription lenses
- Position your headset with the lenses facing you.
- Align the lens inserts for left (L) and right (R).
- The (L) and (R) markings on the Meta Quest 3 lens inserts should be at the bottom.
- The (L) and (R) markings on the Meta Quest 3S / Meta Quest 2 lens inserts should be at the top.
- Gently push the lens insert onto the headset lenses until they snap into place.
- Change the lens spacing on your headset until the visuals are clear and comfortable to see.
- To change the lens spacing on your Meta Quest 3, use the lens adjustment wheel on the bottom left side of the headset.
- To change the lens spacing on Meta Quest 3S or Meta Quest 2, gently grab the outer part of one of the lenses and shift the lens left or right until the lenses click into the position that makes the picture clearest for you.
- If you need more room for the lens inserts, you can use the depth adjustment buttons on Meta Quest 3 or install the glasses spacer accessory on Meta Quest 2 or Meta Quest 3S.
Returns, cancellations and warranty
You can cancel your order before submitting your prescription by contacting support from the store you placed your order with, either Meta Store Support or Zenni customer support. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded or exchanged after submitting your prescription.
