Report a problem with your organization-managed Meta Quest

This article is for people who are using a device that’s managed by an organization, not for people who want to report a bug on a personal device.

When you report a problem on the device that's managed by your organization, a bug report is created for an admin to review. This bug report is also sent to Meta.

To report a problem from your headset:

  1. Press Meta button / Oculus button on your right Touch controller to open your universal menu.
    • If your controllers aren’t working, then you can use the white dot in the center of your headset’s view as a cursor and the volume buttons on your Meta Quest to select.
  2. Hover over the clock on the left side of the universal menu. When Quick Settings appears, select it to open the Quick Settings panel.
  3. Select Report Problem.
  4. When prompted with: Include complete logs and diagnostics in this report?, select Include or Don't include.
  5. Select a category for the problem.
  6. Select a type of problem.
  7. Add a description, choose whether to include a screenshot, and choose whether to add a photo or video. Then, click Continue.
  8. Choose whether to include system information (including packages installed, memory usage and breakdown), then select Send Report.

Note: If you are using an organization-managed Meta Quest, then you cannot contact support. An admin for your organization can send a support request in Admin Center on your behalf.
