Help and Tips app

The Help and Tips app is available on all Quest headsets running the latest version of Horizon OS. Launch it from your library ( on the universal menu) to get started.


Tutorials

The app is split into three tabs. The first tab, Tutorials, shows tutorials and other resources to help you get the most out of your headset:

  • Tutorials to help you learn to use common functionality like hand tracking and Passthrough.
  • The headset fit and feel walkthrough.
  • Links to beginners experiences like First Hand, First Encounters and First Steps.
  • Introductions to more advanced functionality like casting, Link and Air Link.

The Tutorials tab also lets you replay the tutorials and walkthroughs that were shown when you first set up your device.


What’s new

In the What’s new tab, you’ll find release notes for the latest version of Horizon OS. Come here to see what’s changed and to learn more about new or improved features.


Help

The Help tab lets you search and browse the Meta Quest help center, search for articles and contact Meta Support.
