How to manage Meta Horizon notifications on Meta Quest

You can manage notifications from the Meta Horizon mobile app and your Meta Quest headset.

To manage notifications from your Meta Quest headset:

  1. Press Meta button or Oculus button on your right controller to open the Navigator.
  2. Select Quick controls.
  3. Select Settings, then select Notifications.
  4. To mute all notifications in headset, select the toggle next to Do not disturb.
  5. From here, you can also manage notifications from Meta Horizon and applications you've installed.

To manage notifications from the Meta Horizon mobile app:

  1. On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
  2. Tap Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed.
  3. Tap Notifications.
  4. From the presented list, select a notification to manage and tap the arrow next to it. Tap the toggle next to each feature you want to manage.
