You can manage notifications from the Meta Horizon mobile app and your Meta Quest headset.

To manage notifications from your Meta Quest headset:
- Press
Meta button or
Oculus button on your right controller to open the Navigator.
- Select
Quick controls.
- Select
Settings, then select
Notifications.
- To mute all notifications in headset, select the toggle next to Do not disturb.
- From here, you can also manage notifications from Meta Horizon and applications you've installed.
