If you find yourself in VR and stuck in a gray environment, you may not have completed the VR Air Bridge setup process outside of your headset. Take your headset off and launch the PC app to complete the process and fix the issue.
When you connect your headset to the VR Air Bridge Wi-Fi network, your connection may display “Connected, no internet”. Once you launch Air Link, your headset will connect to your PC’s internet network, though the connection in your headset will still display as “Connected, no internet”.
As long as your PC has internet access, your headset will connect to the network your PC is on when you’re using Air Link. When not using Air Link, you can reconnect your headset to your home Wi-Fi network.
