Cancel your app or game subscription
You can cancel your app or game subscription on this page, on meta.com, in the Meta Horizon mobile app or in your headset. Please log in to view eligible subscriptions.

To cancel your subscription on your phone, online or in your headset:
- On your phone, open the Meta Horizon app.
- Tap
Menu at the top of your Horizon Feed.
- Scroll down and tap Subscriptions below Payment and subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription, then tap Confirm.
Early cancellation
If you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle, you'll have access to the subscription until the billing cycle ends.
- Example: Subscription duration is March to April.
- If you cancel March 1, you will have access to the subscription until April 1. You will not be charged on April 1.
- If you cancel March 31, you will have access to the subscription until April 1. You will not be charged on April 1.
Refunds
You cannot currently request a refund for an app or game subscription (unless legally required), but once you cancel, you'll be able to continue accessing the subscription content until the end of the current billing cycle.
If you purchase your subscription as part of a Meta Quest headset promotion, you can return your headset within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund for the cost of the headset and content.
Automatic cancellation
If your app or game subscription is canceled and you didn't request it, there was likely an issue with your payment. If this happens, you'll receive an email asking you to repurchase your subscription.
Renew canceled or expired subscription
If your app or game subscription is canceled or expired, you can renew the subscription by purchasing it again.
